Terms & Conditions for pktk2

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the pktk2 platform — whether through a web browser, mobile application, or any other interface — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the player) and pktk2.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using pktk2 immediately and refrain from creating or accessing any account on the platform. Continued use of pktk2 following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

pktk2 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account.

To register and maintain an active account on pktk2, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pktk2 strictly prohibits gambling by minors. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process, and accounts confirmed to belong to individuals under 18 are closed immediately with all balances forfeited.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location before using pktk2.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person. Accounts must be operated solely by the registered account holder. Proxy or nominee registration is forbidden.

pktk2 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on pktk2. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. pktk2 will use this information to verify your identity and process payments. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. pktk2 will never ask you to share your password or OTP with any member of its support team.

• Do not share your pktk2 login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately.
• pktk2 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your pktk2 account, whether or not it was authorised by you.

All financial transactions on pktk2 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). pktk2 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at pktk2's discretion.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your pktk2 account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the respective mobile financial service network. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to one business day to reflect, depending on your card issuer.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and must be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for a deposit (where technically possible). pktk2 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of submission. Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladeshi public holidays (including Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, and Victory Day) may experience slightly longer processing times.

• Only one withdrawal request may be pending at any given time.
• pktk2 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• All payment methods used must belong to the registered account holder. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• pktk2 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or if unusual account activity has been detected.
• Deposits made into a pktk2 account are for gambling purposes only and may not be reclaimed without wagering activity unless a technical error or breach of contract by pktk2 is established.

pktk2 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is presented.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳30,000 in total qualifying wagers before the bonus amount becomes withdrawable.

• Bonus funds must be used within their stated validity period. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account balance without compensation.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash at face value prior to meeting wagering requirements.

All games available on the pktk2 platform — including cricket betting markets, live casino tables, slots, and crash games — are governed by individual game rules provided by the respective game suppliers. In the event of any conflict between pktk2's general Terms & Conditions and a specific game's rules, the game-specific rules shall take precedence for matters directly relating to that game.

Random Number Generators: All slot and table game outcomes on pktk2 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software provided by our licensed game partners, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. RNG certification ensures that outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or influenced by pktk2 or by any player.

• Live in-play bet acceptance is subject to system availability and real-time data feed accuracy. Occasional delays in live data may result in bets being refused during volatile periods of play.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. Specific limits are displayed within each betting market interface.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pktk2 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment credentials, chargebacks intended to retain both the deposit and the withdrawal, or any other financial deception.
• Money laundering: Using pktk2 as a mechanism to process funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious financial activity is reported in accordance with applicable law.
• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one pktk2 account simultaneously or sequentially, regardless of the email address, phone number, or device used.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other competitive game format available on pktk2.
• Use of automated tools: Deploying bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence software, or any other automated system to interact with the pktk2 platform or influence game outcomes.

• Provision of false information: Supplying inaccurate personal details, fraudulent identity documents, or misleading information at any stage of registration or verification.

pktk2 employs a combination of automated monitoring systems and manual review to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, pktk2 will act promptly and decisively. Players who believe an action has been taken against their account in error are entitled to raise a formal dispute by contacting [email protected].

Voluntary Closure: You may request closure of your pktk2 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests submitted during an active bonus period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived solely from that bonus. Your remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method following identity confirmation.

Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion: If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, please indicate this clearly in your closure request. pktk2 will action responsible gaming self-exclusions with priority, typically within four hours of the request being received. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period and pktk2 will suppress all marketing communications to self-excluded players with immediate effect.

Administrative Suspension: pktk2 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• The account holder is found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• pktk2 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order.
• KYC verification documents have not been provided within the required timeframe.
• Suspicious financial activity has been identified pending further investigation.

In cases of administrative suspension, pktk2 will provide the account holder with written notification via their registered email address, stating the reason for suspension where it is legally permissible to do so. Any verified funds held in a suspended account (excluding bonus funds and winnings under investigation) will be retained securely for a period of 90 days pending resolution of the matter. pktk2 is not liable for any losses you incur as a result of a legitimate account suspension.
